Humans experience very different versions of the same reality based on their state of consciousness. What you sense and feel happening around you, your state of consciousness, directs your perceptual field.
When you are feeling angry or upset and easily distracted, or having a difficult confrontation with a family member or coworker you would be in a very low third dimensional frequency of consciousness. That would be a very narrow small field of perception. Focus would be on your fears in an unpleasant exchange with another.
When your state of consciousness is in the lower third dimension, its difficult to think clearly, complete tasks, drive and most everything is harder and more complicated. You are so narrowly focused on your wound, upset and fear your perceptual field only perceives you and your injury. That can be a good thing when you use your narrow focus to arrive at what is true ABOUT you and your interactions with others.
You may choose to view yourself as victimized when your state of consciousness drops into the third dimensional perceptual field and state of low resonance. You are unable to create a peak experience for yourself. Consider all the collateral damage you create in your environment when you feel victimized and entitled to be insensitive or cruel to others.
When you are creating your peak performance and experiences for yourself you feel good about yourself, you stay conscious, keep your word, and feel grateful for the people you attract to interact with. What you sense and feel happening around you is greatly expanded. You are able to allow others their perceptions with compassion. Your self-worth increases, you might even feel cheerful. Can you see how you create your reality with your state of consciousness? Your narrow or broad focus changes your perceptions and consequently your reality. The reality you create to interact with, the reality in your consciousness that you reflect out into the world.
Sometimes you may feel like someone else is in you momentarily.
When what comes out of your mouth sounds like your parent or child or mentor. You may momentarily feel like them or look like them. Probably their soul essence is visiting with you and they want you to consciously know they are present. They may just be saying “Hello” I am here and enjoy you. They could be supportive during a difficult time for you or them. They could be asking questions or giving guidance or information.
Using your expanded state of consciousness you can expand your perceptual field to figure out their purpose or intent.
