The “middle aged white men” that are dying at a much faster rate than others, were frequently life long addicts to drugs or alcohol or depression or sex or food or denial or work. Addicts are not able to accept their reality and are waiting, “within their addictions” for “someone else” to change things for them. Instead of accepting what is true they dissociate from what the self FEELS.
Traumas you experienced, and OR the fact that you were never rescued HAPPENED. Work on staying present and become the objective observer of your experiences. Own what is true in a calm rational state of consciousness without judgment or blame. Before you can release the emotional charge from traumas in childhood, alternate and parallel realities you need to bring them into your conscious awareness so you can own them consciously. Can you ALSO accept and own that you have been as cruel and insensitive to others as you have personally experienced?
The COSMIC Truth of CAUSE and EFFECT or RECIPROCAL ACTION says that nothing happens by chance or outside of universal truths. The fact that you cannot identify the cause or effect is IRRELEVANT. For every action there is a reaction or consequence someplace. That is also referred to as karma in the lower vibrations of UNBALANCED energy trying to rebalance itself.
RECIPROCAL means given, felt, or done in return. Binding two parties equally to an agreement or obligation, mutual action or relationship. CAUSE and EFFECT is another way to express the law of attraction, “you get what you give.”
The time lag between cause and effect creating the illusion that you CAN get away with greediness and cruelty with impunity is gone. If you want details about your unbalanced energy ask your soul conglomerate, out loud. Your soul can give names and dates or give you a slideshow of how events unfolded and the thought patterns of every individual involved. If you can’t hear your soul, it will present the information in a dream or some other way you can understand. Ask for a slideshow of you being the predator or perpetrator and re-live those feelings. Can you understand the need to allow others their own path without you using them in anyway to satisfy your neediness? Holding higher brainwave states enables you to LISTEN to others without putting your personal spin, worry or concern, on what is said. Hearing what is actually said is “deep listening” and compassionate.
