is the confidence you have in your worth or abilities and self-respect. Self-esteem is based on YOUR perception of you. What you think and feel about the personal experiences you created for you. Your beliefs, actions and relationships are shaped, sustained or dissolved based on what you choose to give your attention too.
Self-worth is not gathered from EXTERNAL SOURCES, like other people, events or accomplishments. Knowing the most famous, sexy or crazy one doesn’t change what you think about you.
In the dark bandwidth handlers and enablers “the predator part of the victim predator cycle” gather their self-worth by crippling someone that doesn’t want to be responsible for the self or their soul has been crushed one way or another. It is an agreement that both sides of this ATTRACTION of matching frequencies entrain with each other, to avoid responsibility for the self. “The victim” enjoys the role of complaining about how they are mistreated because they refuse to be responsible and compassionate with the self.
Lies, pretty stories, distortion, dis and misinformation, justifications, pleasing, not allowing and self-sacrifice, are only found in the dark bandwidth. Holding thoughts that are NOT universal truths chip away at your self-worth create worry, confusion, doubt and isolation IN YOU, because you are trying to protect yourself from the truth. Dark One’s focus on each other, only lasts long enough to siphon their energy and possibly take something from them to temporarily make one or both feel better. Like all addictions there is a few intense moments of distraction only to need another fix.
When trauma has been your childhood experience, the most common reaction is to hate and blame you, to be angry and frustrated with your inability to protect your body, your state of calm and trust in others. You have disgust for your needs, feelings and your body. You decide betrayed you.
