in the biology is a response to any kind of demand or threat real or imagined. The emotional signs of stress and tension can be anger, irritation, nervousness, sadness, and difficulty concentrating or worrying.
Stress is resistance to what is TRUE.
Many experience stress or upset when they choose to experience their life as a victim instead of the creator they are. When your thought patterns are blame judgment and punishment you become the victim or judge. That thinking is the resonance you attract and entrain with. The resonance and feedback loop you maintain and create with.
Quantum law of ALLOWING is you stop trying to get others to adopt your reality, beliefs, and resonance or carry your pain and suffering. Allowing grants each individual the right to have their own reality and resonance and to BE and DO whatever they choose. Violating the rights and choices of others or destroying any part of the collective environment, drops you out of compassion and into a lower resonance.
NOT allowing and NOT accepting what is true, creates tension in your biology and emotional body. Stress and upset lowers your consciousness, your compassion and other commitments you have made, don’t get honored. Tension, stress and trauma from this lifetime get stored “stuck” in the biology as pockets of density in your muscles, bones and digestive tract. Over time unresolved, unreleased tension or density can cause muscle spasms, spinal distortion, reduced motion and restricted breathing.
Conscious awareness and acceptance of what is or was true and compassion for you will literally release your pockets of tension and stress through the skin, having a runny nose or eyes, or it will release out of the digestive tract. Since we are all wired a bit differently, each one experiences release in their own way at their own pace. As you compassionately own your creations, stress, doubt and worry dissipate.
When you find yourself upset, stressed or rejecting an idea or person start forming questions to ask instead of going negative, unpleasant and judgmental. Questions put things into a broader perspective or larger picture.
Form and ask questions out loud, to yourself and your stream of consciousness or soul. Go within and listen for the answer. Put that answer into context, how does that fit with what else you know? New answers work like putting a puzzle together or gathering knowledge. When an answer doesn’t feel right disregard it or reframe your question or your beliefs. Keep questioning your stream of consciousness until it fits and feels right. Then you will feel peaceful.
