Allowing and accepting what is true enables you to avoid upset, stress or frustration and possibly anger. Moving your thought process into fear, denial or upset is stressful physically and mentally. Cosmic truths of attraction and entrainment say, “You creating stress and suffering for you creates and entrains more suffering and stress for you to experience.” You get more of what you choose to create. The sufferer or stressed one is generally so distracted or focused on their personal pain and issues that they frequently do not honor their commitments.
Tension, stress and trauma from this lifetime will get stored “stuck” in the biology as POCKETS of LIQUID or density in your muscles, bones and digestive tract. Over time unresolved, unreleased tension or density can cause muscle spasms, spinal distortion, reduced motion and restricted breathing.
Conscious awareness, acceptance of what is or was true and compassion for you will literally release your pockets of tension and stress through the skin, having a runny nose or eyes, or it will release out of the digestive tract. Since we are all wired a bit differently, each one experiences release in their own way at their own pace. As you master BEING COMPASSIONATE with you, there is no more creating stress, doubt and worry for the self. You rest in and enjoy being what you are and what you create for you.
When you find yourself upset, stressed or rejecting an idea or person start forming questions to ask instead of going negative and unpleasant. Questions put things into a broader perspective or larger picture.
Form and ask questions out loud to other individuals or to yourself, your stream of consciousness or soul. Accept the answer you get and put that answer into context. How does that answer fit with what else you know? New answers work like putting a puzzle together or gathering knowledge.
Does the answer ring true and fit with other information you know is true. When an answer doesn’t feel right disregard it or reframe your question or your beliefs. Keep questioning your stream of consciousness until it fits and feels right. Then you will feel peaceful.
