Instead of being motivated by negative self talk, avoidance of punishment or harsh self-attacks and fear, it is healthier and frequently healing, to be compassionate with you. Compassion for you, means compassion for others also. Compassionate people are better able to benefit more from other’s kindness; they find it easier to maintain their optimism and do not suffer from acute loneliness.
When your caregiver was a source of abuse, neglect, inconsistency or betrayal, trusting others is challenging. Fear and perceived danger is your perception of others, which is true when interacting with Dark Ones. It is wise to avoid engaging with Dark Ones because they can’t be trusted. Enjoy engaging and entraining with Light Ones.
Identify the roadblocks you have to being self-compassionate and work on removing them. Engage in self-talk and activity that is kind and very curious about YOU! Know what you enjoy doing and are skilled at creating. Hold yourself responsible to remain kind, stay self-engaged and positive about you and caring for your needs and wants. Stay relaxed and receptive when things are going well for you. That way you attract and entrain with increased calm creating.
When there are significant others, family or friends that want you to join THEIR dramas and traumas, decline their offer or seduction of what WAS familiar to you. Stand in your new truth. When you engage, you also ENTRAIN. When sharing the same physical space with Dark One(s). Tell yourself and them if they can listen and hear,
“That is your path and I am happy to allow you to travel it.”
But, that is not my path, or the path I am traveling.
People say, not interacting with the drama trauma of the Dark Ones is lonely. It doesn’t have to be, your soul conglomerate or stream of consciousness is waiting for you to acknowledge and own its presence. Soul, is your compassionate, attentive, consistent, trustworthy companion. IDEALLY you are in sync with and working with your soul if you are a Light One. Why NOT, take you soul WITH you. Stay in continuous, conscious communication with your soul during your daily activity
Compassion for others and the self is essential for creating a social environment of collaboration and warmth, synergy and constructive navigation of conflict, when that arises. Compassion helps regulate emotion and drama, may facilitate forgiveness, gratitude and bolster resilience.
COMPASSION or FEAR brings the biology into play. Pineal or pituitary glands come into play, with your changing states of consciousness. Compassion OR fear, they don’t exist together. Fear or compassion might frequently go back and forth following your thinking.
The PITUITARY gland is called the master gland, because the hormones it produces control so many different processes in the body. It regulates the adrenal gland, liver, bone, thyroid, gonads and metabolism. When you are in a low state of consciousness, being fearful, stressed or emotional, the pituitary gland secrets hormones to protect the biology.
The endocrine system is made up of the pituitary gland, pineal gland, thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, adrenal glands, pancreas, ovaries (in females) and testicles (in males). The liver and pancreas are both exocrine and endocrine glands; they are exocrine glands because they secrete products such as bile and pancreatic juices into the gastrointestinal tract through a series of ducts. The endocrine system secretes other substances directly into the bloodstream or circulatory system.
The PINEAL gland lays dormant when your resonant frequency is in the darkness of negativity, doubt, worry, pleasing or forcing others. The PINEAL gland takes over with your compassionate thought patterns. It’s a pea sized, cone shaped mass of tissue found behind the third ventricle of the brain and secrets hormones, functioning as a regulator of light. It produces and regulates melatonin best known for the role it plays in regulating sleep patterns, also called circadian rhythms.
When your pineal gland is open and functioning you have a short delay, while you consider the outcome or consequences of your thoughts and actions. Thinking through to the end result of moral dilemmas, helps you make a solid firm choice. Without doubt, worry, stress or fear.
The pineal gland connects the biology to the soul, its stream of consciousness, the meridian system, your aura and access to higher states of consciousness, which includes the delta gamma brainwaves, found in the compassionate quantum field.
