Your resonance is the reflection of the thoughts you hold. Mean spirited nasty thoughts hold a low slow resonance. Compassionate thoughts have a high state of consciousness or resonance. The thoughts you hold attract and entrain with other similar thoughts and people of the same resonance.
The Quantum principle of CAUSE and EFFECT or RECIPROCAL ACTIONis that nothing happens by chance or outside of quantum laws and principles. The fact that you cannot identify a cause or effect is IRRELEVANT. For every thought or action there is a RESONANCE, reaction or consequence.
To maintain a high state of consciousness you need to stay awake and conscious about what you sense and feel. When it doesn’t feel good it’s not aligned with only receiving and giving compassion.
For example, your home burns down or an important relationship ends. You create an accident or disease or trauma for you to experience. These are extreme events used to WAKE you up and feel what you think! Humans need to be conscious to decide what they want to resonate with. Only conscious people are able to FEEL their resonance and the experiences it attracts to them.
Attracting extreme events or smaller events of change, wake you up and alert you to what is going on IN YOU and around you.
Do you vent on others and seek revenge?
Is your reaction to what you experience curses and blame?
Will you remain in your pain body and dysfunction making others responsible for taking care of you? Will you sexually act out and victimize the smaller weaker or dependent ones in your life. Will you get depressed or dissociate? All of these thoughts and reactions have a dark resonance that will attract others to you carrying the same resonance of thought and reaction. Do you need more of the same before you change your thought patterns to compassion for you?
There are more compassionate reactions to extreme or not so extreme events. You can have compassion for you and others. You can consider your experience an opportunity to change direction and heal past wounds. People or situations that were not conducive to you being compassionate with you probably need removing. Create opportunities to disengage with Dark Ones, dark groups of friends or relatives. Stay conscious of your thoughts and feelings. Stand up for your truths and only accept compassion for you while you give only compassion to others.
Consider this scenario, you were raised in a community of people that ignored you, used you, abused you and never understood you or had compassion for you BECAUSE they too, were all wounded. Now your work environment recreated the same situation for you. Your adult experiences reflect your childhood experiences FOR A GOOD REASON, to wake you up! That way you have the opportunity to DECIDE if you want MORE of what you have. Your awareness is offering you an opportunity for you to heal your wounds with compassion.
You have the option to change your thought patterns to compassion for you and then others. Know and own that there was nothing wrong or bad about you. But you believed you were worthless and didn’t deserve any better. Your caretakers and YOU, all carried the same resonance, attracted and entrained with each other to reflect the thoughts you held about each other as a group. The beliefs and thoughts you all held created unpleasant experiences for all of you.
Now that you are awake and consciously feeling, do not allow others to abuse you. Leave your family, job or friends that are abusive. Set your boundaries. Standing up for your rights and fair treatment in every situation. You cannot change Dark Ones but you can protect yourself by not engaging with them or opening up your electromagnetic field or aura to them. That is being compassionate to both of you.
