Double down on the addiction or compulsion of you choice, or explore your fears to understand them in greater depth to release them.
Do you have any skill at being the objective observer that has no “skin in the game”? Becoming the objective observer is very useful if you want to gather control of your thoughts and emotions so you can drop the drama of acting “like a chicken with its head cut off.”
Are you brave enough, to stay conscious, calm and not be influenced by your personal opinion or wound? The goal is to view the BIG picture the entire chain of cause and effect, until you get to the end result that upset or wounded you. Seeing and owning the part YOU played in creating the chain of events you don’t want to know about.
An active energetic record of everything you’ve ever thought and experienced in all your various realities is in your DNA, aura. Not in a linear fashion but in your thought patterns, on a theme, which created a feedback loop on that theme. For example, betrayals, abuses of power or any abuse. The feedback loop is you victimizing someone, his or her retaliation and then your confusion, wounding and denial about WHY they retaliated.
When moral dilemmas show up in your experiences and you always react the same way, with insensitivity or cruelty. That particular type of dilemma will continue to show up in different forms, UNTIL you figure out a compassionate thought for that particular DARK, insensitive, possibly cruel thought pattern you hold.
The objective observer is able to accept what is true without getting twisted about it or getting locked into an emotional trauma response over and over again.
No need to judge punish or blame, just know “what caused what.”
KNOW the only thing YOU could and can change is your thoughts.
Know “Someone else” CAN’T and won’t change things for you.”
KNOW the way to release your perception of “being wounded” is to objectively understand the entire chain of cause and effect or getting unbalanced and reacting dramatically to it. You will be able to understand looking at the entire chain of cause and effect, that you got as good as you gave, over and over again. You need to understand your contribution to maintain a particular feedback loop. You get like energy to the energy you emanate.
When you found yourself incarnated in the third dimension, you had also forgotten what you knew and thought in the fifth dimension of compassion and knowledge.
Questioning is a third dimensional characteristic because you frequently don’t know or remember or are in DENIAL about what you caused and the effect it had. Compassion and KNOWING cause and effect is a fifth dimension characteristic. Disease, as well and injuries, are instantly repaired with fifth dimensional technology. When the consciousness of a third dimensional human can expand into the higher fourth and fifth dimension you find compassion, understanding and objective observing of what caused a thing and the effect it had.
Traumas you experienced, and OR the fact that you were never rescued HAPPENED. Work on staying present and become the objective observer of your experiences. Own what is true in a calm rational state of consciousness, in higher brainwave states without judgment, punishment or blame.
Before you can release the emotional charge from traumas in childhood, alternate and parallel realities you need to bring them into your conscious awareness so you can own the entire feedback loop consciously. Accept and own that you have been as cruel and insensitive to others as you have personally experienced, even though you may not remember what you did or notice what you continue to do.
The COSMIC Truth of CAUSE and EFFECT or RECIPROCAL ACTION says that nothing happens by chance or outside of universal truths. The fact that you cannot identify the cause or effect is IRRELEVANT. For every action there is a reaction or consequence someplace. That is also referred to as karma in the lower vibrations of UNBALANCED energy trying to rebalance itself.
Cause and Effect is another way to express the law of attraction, “you get what you give.” Victims and “confused innocents” attract their predators. All three share the same vibration and lack of light, knowledge and compassion. The time lag between cause and effect created the illusion that you CAN get away with greediness and cruelty with impunity, that is gone now.
If you want details about your unbalanced energy ask your soul conglomerate, out loud. Your soul can give names and dates or give you a slideshow of how events unfolded and the thought patterns of every individual involved. If you can’t hear your soul, it will present the information in a dream or some other way you can understand. Ask for a slideshow of you being the predator or perpetrator and re-live those feelings. Can you understand the need to allow others their own path without you using them in anyway to satisfy your neediness, frustration or anger?
To REALEASE or dismiss traumas and negativities you were part of creating and experiencing, you must look at them, first.
DREAMS that put you back into uncomfortable circumstances, betrayals and when you killed somebody are happening now to help you release that stuck energy. In the dream you’re in the past, but it feels like it’s happening in the now moment, again. These are dreams of release or closure to rebalance your energy, CHANGE your point of perception. Drowning or a surprise death would be revisited to release any emotional charge left on that experience. Your experiences are energies, not just experiences and activities. Balancing your energies, experiences and activities in dreams allow you to hold higher resonances, brainwave states, knowingness and compassionate thoughts.
