Dark Ones appear stronger when their fear increases. Humanity’s fear has always been about the unknown and the unknowns are increasing with this consciousness shift. Because your soul, and its stream of consciousness, KNOWS and is aware of a great deal more than the human does. Staying in communion and in sync, with your soul is most comforting and informative. Being able to perceive your reality and react to it as your soul does, dissipate human fears and supports you in going with the cosmic flow.
Quantum law of FLUIDITY says life is best when experienced as a fluid substance and not as a rigid solid. The quantum field has no fixed shape; it yields easily to external pressure. The way water runs, no faster or slower than is called for and seeks its own level. Its flow is even, unforced and fluid, staying in the now moment without hurry or standing still.
When you experience resistance, frustration and / or upset, you have moved out of the flow and into past time. AND then you dragged your past into present time or the now moment. Take time and your awareness to consider what needs your attention and resolution so you can resolve it and move back into the flow of the quantum field of light, giving and receiving only compassion. It is the constant dedication to resolving and releasing “old stuff” to be able to awaken to what is happening NOW.
The fourth dimensional delta and fifth dimensional gamma quantum electromagnetic energy flow is entering our reality like ocean waves over and over, as “sets” of energy for those receptive to higher frequencies, increasing the percentage of light and consequently compassion on Gaia, in the crystalline grid and in individuals. Greater light on the planet and in our biology is increasing our cellular efficiency and intelligent quotients. Earth’s mass consciousness is moving irregularly, from the dark into the light bandwidth.
Being in the THETA brainwave state, is having a deep spiritual connection and oneness with the Universe. In the theta state there can be great inspiration, profound creativity and exceptional insight. While in theta consciousness you can receive, and understand, stimuli from the higher dimensions while maintaining your awareness of the physical world.
THETA WAVE MEDITATION
Breathe in and out through your nose. Exhale through your nose while you feel your breath move across the roof of your mouth. Concentrate on that sound as you exhale. Imagine the exhale is going out through the center of your Third Eye.
Next, imagine that you are inhaling through your Heart Chakra and exhaling through your Third Eye until you feel completely grounded. When you are ready, begin to imagine that you are inhaling through your Crown Chakra and exhaling through your Third Eye.
Focus ONLY on the sound of your inhale and exhale, as well as any inner visions. Passively observe your thoughts as they pass across your mind, Then RELEASE them with your next exhale.
Calmly allow ALL emotions to come into your awareness, Then RELEASE them with your next exhale. ALLOW your inner vision to gradually revolve or alter any way it likes. If you are having extraneous thoughts, place them in the background, while you place your attention on your Inner Visions. Repeat this exercise for five or ten minutes. You need to close your eyes and shut out outer stimuli to reach theta wave. Know that you are perfect in present time, there is no need to TRY.
