Especially, when you hate yourself, you have a deep desire to be accepted by the one you hate. Hate is intense passion without compassion, wisdom or awareness. If you HATE the self? Maybe it’s time to increase your compassion and wisdom. Passionate hate is never constructive or helpful. Hate includes judgment and blame and that is never constructive or helpful either.
Consider what you find pleasing about you and try to build on that. Use your consciousness to build a case for strongly liking you. Hate is wasting your energy, your capital and NEVER creates joy. Hate is blaming someone, thing or event for keeping FROM you, what you want or think you need. What if YOU are the one doing that to you?
Hate is confusion and misdirection taking you away from rational thought, compassion and joy, it keeps your consciousness frozen in judgment and blame. Maybe this is a good time to give up being judgmental, unconscious, fearful or in denial about what is true.
