found in the biology. Humans tend to keep thinking, the exact same thought, over and over again billions of times. That increases the density and intensity of that thought when it lacks compassion. Thoughts about wounds, judging and disliking the self, having feelings of worthlessness or powerlessness, anger or frustration.
When your thought LACKS compassion!
A thought without compassion continuously reinforced with repetition creates a pocket of density or stuck energy. Continuous dark thinking keeps one tethered to physicality and the low vibration or resonance of beta brainwaves, the dark bandwidth of victim predator and confused innocent. Each and every THOUGHT a human has carries their unique resonance, moral character and the intent of its creator. Your thoughts ARE YOUR creation.
Time to use your compassionate creator abilities. Stop giving a thought your attention and it dissipates.
Pockets of density are present in the stubborn, rigid, fearful thoughts of punishment or judgement. Subconscious and consciously angry people that upset themself over the smallest inconveniences or violations of their expectations. Road rage for instance. Anger is a defense mechanism triggered by the perception of a real or imagined threat.
Anger frequently covers up grief, feelings of loss or betrayal that the person hasn’t addressed yet. Disappointment and distress frequently manifest as anger and self-sabotage. Chronic worry, indecision, and dread can be perceived as being threatened, which may lead to anger or self hate. Anger is frequently associated with muscle tension, twitching, and back problems. The anxiety associated with anger and a closed heart with no compassion, may induce heart problems and heightened blood pressure, digestive disorders, kidney problems, and adrenal dysfunction or shut down.
Not all anger is irrational or unhealthy. When appropriate, it provides the energy and drive to protect oneself. Anger sends a message, “something must change.”Your sense of self-worth must come from WITHIN you.
Gathering your self-worth from others or from STUFF you own or control will always result in under-valuing and not understanding you. In childhood you were criticized, teased, punished and abused, the bullying becomes internalized and YOU become your bully. This negativity can manifest in your defensiveness, keeping OTHERS AT A DISTANCE because of your lack of self-trust, low self-esteem, depression or harsh self-judgment.
When life gets too painful, humans shut down and try to stop feeling. But to get better you need to FEEL AGAIN, that is the only way to address your pain and suffering, to grieve, release your sadness and heal. Physical manifestations occur in the throat area as a sore throat, laryngitis, sinus problems, thyroid problems, stiff neck muscles, and difficulty swallowing. Multiple personality issues may also appear. YOUR feeling and OWNING your emotions and integrating them can restore you to a more complete sense of self.
